Richard Campbell is a lifelong resident of North Texas. He grew up in Garland where he purchased his first home and started his family. He then moved to Frisco where he resided for 21 years and saw his 4 kids graduate from Frisco Wakeland. While raising his kids, he was active with The Trails HOA as the first Vice President and then became a volunteer firefighter, along with coaching his kids in baseball and football. After his kids grew up and moved away, he and his wife built their dream home and now reside in Aubrey with their Australian Shepherd, Jagger, and their 2 cats, Bones and Yoda.
Richard has been a part of the real estate market as both a Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Loan originator for over 20 years and loves working with seasoned veterans as well as first-time buyers. His expertise in both real estate and mortgage allows him to help educate his clients not only with home affordability but also to help them find the home of their dreams. His knowledge of the North Texas area is priceless when it comes to helping his clients who want to move here.
Richard has partnered with the Jones-Papadopoulos brokerage since its inception and when he decided to add Real Estate to his portfolio, there was no question who he wanted to work with.
Whether it’s your first home, a home for your growing family, or it’s time to downsize, Richard is here to help. He can also help you build your portfolio with real estate investment homes.
When Richard isn’t working on finding his clients the perfect home, he loves to spend time with his wife going on long walks with his Aussie. They are also active in the community they live in, Sandbrock Ranch. Richard is also a high school football official with the Dallas Football Officials Association and has been officiating since 1994.
